Training
Five ways to
do the work
Everything at Hiit Fitt runs on the same idea. Work hard for a set stretch of time, rest on purpose, then go again.
Ask what is running today- 01
HIIT Classes
Timed intervals that move between cardio and strength. Every round has a clear start and a clear finish, so the work stays hard and the session stays short.
- 02
Strength & Conditioning
Barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight work built on the basics. Form gets coached first and the weight follows once the movement looks right.
- 03
Personal Training
One coach, one person, one plan. Sessions are built around your goal, your schedule and whatever your body is currently dealing with.
- 04
Small Group Training
A handful of people and one coach. Close to the attention of personal training, with the push that only comes from training beside somebody else.
- 05
Open Gym
Floor space and equipment for anyone already running their own program. Come in, do the work, get on with the rest of the day.

Your first session, start to finish
- 01
Call ahead
Ring the gym and say what you are after. That one conversation sorts out which session to start with and when to come in.
- 02
Arrive early
Get there a few minutes before the start so there is time to look around the floor and run through the equipment you will be using.
- 03
Train
A coach walks through every movement before the clock starts. Anything that does not feel right gets scaled on the spot.

About the gym
A training room, not a treadmill warehouse
Hiit Fitt Niagara sits on 256 E & West Line in Niagara-on-the-Lake, a short drive from Virgil, St. Davids and Old Town. It keeps early hours for the people who train before work and stays open into the evening for everybody else.
Sessions are built around intervals. A clock sets the work, a coach sets the standard, and the weight moves to match whoever is holding it. Beginners get scaled, regulars get pushed, and both leave in under an hour.
Questions
Before you come in
Do I need to be fit before I start?

Where is the gym?
